A Festival of Remembrance was held at Deans Community High School 0n Friday 8th November 2013, it was a total sell out with an audience of 300 people.
The Event was run by RBLS Livingston Branch.

The remembrance day parade was held at the new civic center in Howden Livingston.
In attendance was:
President - Mr F. Mc Cue
Parade Marshal - Mr A. J. Hooman


Broxburn and Livingston Brass Band
Livingston Pipe Band
Service Conducted by Right Reverend David Gillham


The salute was taken by Isobel Brydie Lady Lord Lieutenant of West Lothian.
After a march on the colours the colour party in homage to the dead lowered the colours then a two minutes silence was observed.


After a few hyms and the national anthem the parade marched off under the comand of the parade marshal marching past the war memorial and saluting dais.
It was the biggest turn out the parade has seen for many years.

A remembrance day parade by the Royal British legion (Livingston Branch) was held outside West Lothian house on Sunday 9th November.
The service was conducted by the Reverend Edward Colquhoun, the salute was taken by Major David Smith O.C. 243 Provost Company (V) 5 R.M.P
Music was provided by the Broxburn and Livingston Brass Band and Piper Mr Neil Henderson.
